After more than a decade of cuts and neglect, it’s time to repair CSIRO pay and working conditions.

The Staff Association’s comprehensive bargaining position – developed and endorsed by hundreds of union members and employees from CSIRO workplaces across the country – sets out a positive agenda to boost pay, fix super, raise rights and value staff.

• Boost Pay – CSIRO staff deserve a significant pay boost to cope with cost of living pressures, attract and retain talent and start bridging the salary gap with other research salaries
• Fix Super – Fix superannuation at CSIRO and provide equitable outcomes for everyone, regardless of fund
• Raise Rights – Restore improved workplace rights and conditions to the legally protected enterprise agreement
• Value Staff – Respect the CSIRO workforce by implementing meaningful and genuine pre-decision consultation.
